There may be virtual events where we require your kms and we will let you know explicitly which ones these are on their description on our online shop. However, if you do virtual challenges because you want to stay accountable and you want to send us your evidence you can do so via Facebook or email - enquiries@runnovation.com.au.

Yes! Every athlete gets an amazing medal for their participation. The medal that is pictured on our online shop for each virtual run is the medal that you will receive. We post these out to you as soon as we can.
Generally, if we are running a challenge in a particular month then we will post the medals out at the end of that month. If you have purchased a legacy virtual run that is now in a downloadable format, we will post the medal out to you when you place the order.
Please make sure that your postal address details are present and correct when you place an order for a virtual run so we know where to post your medal to :)
