Shipping Policy
We offer a flat rate of shipping on our Runnovation medal display products at $5.00 within Australia and New Zealand.
For our virtual runs, the cost of posting your medal is included in the cost of the virtual run.
Runnovation uses Australia Post to ship its products and therefore the following guidelines for shipping times apply:
Shipping to Western Australia
Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days
To other Australian States or Territories
Metro - up to 3-6 business days.
To New Zealand
Up to 7 business days between metro areas.
If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Runnovation! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns or refunds are available if you receive a medal display product you are unsatisfied with. Returns or refunds are not available due to a change of mind only.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging and you must have proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The amount of time for the refund to be credited will depend on your card issuer's policies.
